my first tri!

I know this has really nothing to do with my photography, but it sort of does since it is one of the many reason I never seem to get around to my blog anymore. :)

A few weeks back, I completed my first ever sprint triathlon...and I loved it!  Training for it was such a great motivation to get out the door to exercise, even on days when I really didn't want too!
